Has anyone done the Special K diet for longer than 2 weeks and continued to lose weight?

Special K diet is utterly pointless. It doesn't work. Been there/ done that. However I did lose weight. Run 2-3 miles everyday... quit eating late nights. No soda, fatty foods. Drink lots of water. Trust me doing this, it wont be long till you see changes. Good luck!
