In the book "The Stand" by Stephen King, are Richard Freemantle and Abby Freemantle related?

Randal Flagg is the name he goes by. But at the part im at, he recently said to Nadine "My real name is Richard". Earler in the book it lists all the names he goes by. Two of them have the first name of Richard and one of those has the ast name Freemantle. That happens to be Mother Abbigail's name so i was wondering if infact they are related. Please don't actually tell me because i dont want to spoil the ending, but just say whether or not you find out at the emd at the end.
