Which place's living expenses will be more expensive? Liverpool or Cardiff?

Hi, I'm a Malaysian who plan on studying pharmacy in either Liverpool John Moores or University of Cardiff. How's the living expenses there? If can, please tell me something about the universities, thanks :)
