How do Christians really know that the real theology of Jesus didn't just disappear .........?

I think the original words of jesus have been translated, re-written and re-edited 500 times since the bible has had like 10 versions. The original words directly attributed to jesus should be followed by everyone on this earth regardless of religion status or race. Religion should not exist. The worshipping of jesus (god) should not be done as it probably does nothing. We simply must remember him and learn from his wisdom regardless if he actually existed or not. His words makes sense and are very moral.
