How can I stop those emails from people claiming I have won lotteries, etc.?

A lot of these are monies won from someone who died, some are from lotteries, etc. Most say they are from the U.K., Australia, China, etc. I must get upwards of 5 of these per day! Something is obviously wrong here. Please tell me what I can do.
