Do you think she likes me as more than just a friend?

I have known her for around 15 days. She says i am one of her two closest friends, the other being someone she has known since kindergarten. She ends her messages in <3 and love, and she has never done this for afore mentioned friend. She will get online for only a minute sometimes and send only me a message even when her aforementioned friend sent her a message specifically asking a question. So do you think she likes me as more than just a friend?
