I live in dubai and in here they have blocked HOTSPOT SHIELD site so pls tell me any other site unblocker?

Before i was using HOTSPOT SHIELD to unblock the sites but now they have blocked the site so i cant download the latest version of the software so plzzz if anyone knows any other unblocked site software plzz tell me.
