Ahhhhh! I had a brownish little bug on me. What do i do?

It was a brown little bug with 6 legs. It was on leg. I noticed it when i was playing in the woods at my friend house. It looked like a scab so i peeled it off, but it began to crawl around and stuff. I don't know what to do. I'm paranoid. What do I do? Answer fast!
